Seller Brand Checker provides brand and ASIN eligibility checking services for Amazon sellers. Our service:

  • Connects to your Amazon Seller account via Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API)
  • Checks brand eligibility status using Amazon's Listings Restrictions API
  • Provides results indicating whether you can sell specific products
  • Supports bulk ASIN processing

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Have an active Amazon Seller account in good standing
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Amazon Integration

By connecting your Amazon Seller account to our Service:

  • You authorize us to access your account data through Amazon's SP-API
  • You confirm you have the authority to grant such access
  • You agree to comply with Amazon's terms of service and policies
  • You understand we access only the data necessary to provide our services

You may revoke this access at any time through Amazon Seller Central or by contacting us.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate Amazon's terms of service or acceptable use policies
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in an excessive manner
  • Share, resell, or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Seller Brand Checker and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. This license does not include any right to resell or commercial use of the Service.

7. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

Accuracy: The eligibility information provided by our Service is based on real-time data from Amazon's API. However, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy as Amazon's policies and your account status may change.

No Guarantee: Results indicating you can sell a product do not guarantee successful listing or sales. You remain responsible for verifying eligibility and compliance with Amazon's policies.

Third-Party Services: Our Service relies on Amazon's SP-API. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Amazon's systems, policy changes, or API availability.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLER BRAND CHECKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Any damages resulting from your reliance on the Service
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seller Brand Checker, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, Amazon's policies, or applicable laws.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
