2.2 Information from Amazon SP-API
When you connect your Amazon Seller account, we access the following data through Amazon's Selling Partner API:
- Selling Partner ID (your Amazon seller identifier)
- Brand and ASIN eligibility status via Listings Restrictions API
- OAuth tokens for API authentication (stored securely)
2.3 Automatically Collected Information
- Device and browser information
- IP address and general location
- Usage data and interaction logs
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide brand eligibility checking services for your Amazon Seller account
- Process ASIN validation requests against Amazon's Listings Restrictions API
- Authenticate your access to our services
- Improve and optimize our services
- Communicate with you about your account and our services
- Comply with legal obligations and Amazon's policies
4. Data Protection & Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- All data transmissions are encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher
- OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy requirements
5. Amazon SP-API Data Handling
In compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy:
- Purpose Limitation: We only access and use Amazon data necessary to provide brand eligibility checking services

- No Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share Amazon Marketplace data with third parties
- Data Retention: OAuth tokens are retained only while your account is active; brand check results are retained for 90 days
- Data Deletion: Upon account deletion or disconnection, all Amazon-related data is permanently deleted within 30 days

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our services (e.g., hosting providers), subject to strict confidentiality agreements
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental regulation
- Amazon: As required by Amazon's policies for SP-API compliance and auditing purposes
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Amazon Marketplace data to third parties.

- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data and account
